Return Policy

Products can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Additionally, all products must be returned in new condition.

Furthermore, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must be in good condition. Return specialists will determine if the packaging is in acceptable condition.

If shipping the product to Dayton Industries, LLC. would cause the product to reach Dayton Industries, LLC.  outside of the 30 days, the customer must call before the 30-day deadline and inform Dayton Industries, LLC.  that they wish to return the product. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Dayton Industries, LLC.  to return the product.

If a customer is returning a product and purchasing a product at the same time, Dayton Industries, LLC.  can offer the customer a more favorable shipping rate. In these cases, the customer can purchase a label from Dayton Industries, LLC. , and that label will be emailed to the customer. Dayton Industries, LLC.  labels are cheaper than what a customer would receive if they were to purchase the label themselves. The customer will be charged for the label on the order they are making at the same time as the return. Handling fee on returns, with a repurchase will be lowered from 15% to 10%. The employee charging for a return label must make notes on the order for the returned product.

Errors that occur during shipment or the fulfillment of the order will be the responsibility of Dayton Industries, LLC.  to remedy. This may include, the customer received the wrong product or the wrong number of products were received. The cost of shipment will be made at the expense of Dayton Industries, LLC.  when an error has been made on the part of Wholesale Septic Supply.

Finally, Dayton Industries, LLC.  may charge a handling fee to any return order.

 

Warranty Returns

Warranty products will only be received within the time allotted for the warranty of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the date at which the warranty ends. The start date of the warranty will be when the product was sold. The process of returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Customers that would like to claim a warranty will need to contact Dayton Industries, LLC.  during regular business hours.

Orders placed through online retailers

Returns that are accepted by online retailers will be refunded. It is not the policy of Dayton Industries, LLC.  to accept returns from the before mentioned companies that is outside of the allotted time for returns. Returns that are made outside of the allotted time for returns will be made at the expense of the customer.

Lost Packages During Transit

Any products that get lost during the transit via UPS/USPS will NOT be the responsibility of Dayton Industries, LLC. . Once product leaves from our warehouse, Dayton Industries, LLC.  will not send out replacement products if UPS/USPS looses the package during transit.

Dayton Industries, LLC.  will file a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, but these claims can take up to 8 business days to be resolved. Once the claim is closed out and UPS reimburses Dayton Industries, LLC., we then will ship out a replacement product. If the customer cannot wait the 8 business days for claim to be resolved, they can re-purchase the product to be re-shipped, and at time of resolution of the UPS claim, we will refund customer for the original lost shipment.
